Snowy weather has arrived!

Hi all!

Yep, the snow has now hit us too. All of the little guys were so excited and couldn't wait to go out and play in it. As you can see here below...-Talitha and Nat

The girls meal...

Still the 13/01/13


After getting home and sorting all of the shopping out, JED and Dad started preparing the meal. While all of us girls waited for a little while, and then got ready. I really enjoy doing all the girls hair and makeup, and I'm so very blessed to have five sisters all with magnificent hair that don't mind letting me do it for them! 

The Menu was...

Starters: 
Cream of Chicken soup served with garlic bread

Main Course: 
Chicken Kiev, served with delicious roasted potatoes in a hot chilli buttery sauce, roasted carrots in a buttery sauce, peas and salad. 

Dessert:
Lemon cheesecake served with ice-cream and cream, with grated chocolate for decoration. 

And then we all had after dinner coffees and hot chocolates!

It truly was quite lovely as you can see...

Shopping Day

13/01/13

It's come to that time again when we have to do the shopping. We've titled this post, 'Shopping Day' because it does take a whole day to get it done, and put away in all the right places! 
We usually tend to leave as early as we can. Also this time was a bit different as the guys had been planning to make a fancy meal for all of us girls! So they were buying all sorts of different ingredients that they needed for the meal, which they had planned to do that very evening.
