Mum's Birthday Cake

Doesn't that look sooo yummy?!

For Mum's birthday JED, Rhiannon and I had lots of fun making her a huge Ice cream cake! We've missed them since being back home in England as sadly, we don't get them over here. Our cake worked quite well but still wasn't as good as proper American, delicious, sweet and gooey Ice cream cake!
We had a really nice day finished with a big BBQ as the weather was great.
