We picked Daniel and Rosie up from the station two days before we left for Scotland. It was nice to be able to catch up with the Baxters and Rosie and also for Daniel as he got to do some music recording with Joe too.
The Journey up went really well with just a few stops on the way. About half way we stopped off in Leeds and visited the Royal Amouries Museum. That was great fun and we all enjoyed spending time there.
After having Fish and Chips for dinner we carried on with the journey and arrived in the evening. It took us around 9 hours in total. We all settled in and got a good nights rest for the busy week ahead...
