Seraphina's birth.

Tom and Abigail have been blessed of the Lord with a beautiful daughter.
She arrived peacefully into the world in the early hours of the morning.
Just days after Ike and Sinéad's wedding!
Abigail laboured at home and things progressed quickly, so quickly that Tom had to deliver his daughter with Talitha. When the midwife arrived, and checked Abigail and Seraphina, all was well and both mum and baby were doing fantastic. Abigail had also delivered the placenta and had been feeding Seraphina beautifully for quite sometime before the midwife arrived.  Thankfully she was really wonderful and not at all phased by a quick birth. What an amazing experience to birth at home unassisted.

Talitha has been present and played 

a very important part at nine births now. 

Seraphina's was her first full delivery of baby and placenta. 

Really well done Talitha, and of course Abigail, who truly is the star of the show.

This was not what anyone of us expected tonight!!
