Wedding preparation for Zac and Tammy

September 20th, 21st & 22nd
Over the course of Friday, Saturday and Sunday our family army of helpers all began arriving at various times of the day and night, we gathered together to put on a wedding! It really was a huge team effort to do the entire event ourselves. From setting up the hall, decorations, food, drinks, and of course the enormous task of having the hall looking like no one had been there before the clock struck midnight.
A huge thank you to everyone of you who helped set up and especially those who stayed behind to clear the hall after such a wonderful day.
The next few post are hopefully going to capture just what a "homemade" wedding takes to pull off.

Only a few days to go and you'll be married!

Choosing hairstyles and make up

The cowboy hats arrive, brilliant! Now we just need ten pairs of matching jeans, boots, waistcoats, ties, etc......

Bridesmaids dresses arrive

We have decided to go with these hairstyle on the day.

At the florist choosing bouquets.

Zac getting ready for the big day!

Tammy's uncle kindly drove all Tammy's belongings down here and our guys helped unload it all.

Tammy's nails done.

Button holes ready for the groomsmen.

Liberty getting the table runners ready.

Only some of the many jars we collected over the months and decorated for the day.

The supplies from ebay and wish and all over the place, all have to arrive and produce something pretty on the day at exactly the right time. Quite a logistical challenge, but everything arrived and worked out well.

Making the evening buffet food.

Taking the arch and supplies to the hall.

Nathanael, always so helpful. You will find him at the heart of any job that needs doing. You are clever and amazing Nathanael.

Rosie and Berea

Rosie's artistic flare is such a valuable asset.

We had Bride and Groom chair decorations which added a nice touch.

Great team work guys.

The hall is really taking shape now.

Time to dance!
