A return to Northumberland: Part 5 - Lighthouse

St. Mary's Lighthouse was so much fun to visit, we all had a lovely day here in Whitley Bay. The weather was beautiful despite the 35mph gusts of wind! It is one of the few lighthouses that you can climb to the very top of, so that was a really cool experience. You could even see some of the seals playing in the sea! After the lighthouse we went to a really cool castle ruin that was a short drive away, we all had a lovely day and really enjoyed all the pretty views.
