Joe, Ike, Jim and Nathanael in Sussex

Joe, Ike, Jim, Nat, & Laurie all took part in a re-enactment day.

We all got up about 5:30 am to set off on a journey to the South Coast of England. Joe, Laurie, Eleanor and Amanda came in the van with us and we drove to a little village near Hastings. The weather was perfect all day long and we even managed a trip to the famous beach where William the Conquerer landed in 1066. To read more click the link below.







                  William was able to land unopposed on September 28, 1066, at Pevensey Bay in Sussex.




                                                     The architecture was very quaint
