TURKEY: Day 5 - Green Canyon

This was such a beautiful day. We woke up and had breakfast together nice and early to get the coach ride to the 'Green Canyon.' We'd heard how pretty this place was but it really is soooo amazing to see for yourself.

Our tour guide was so friendly and loved little Jasper especially (see below) He did the job 50 weeks of the year and knew nine languages! It was great that he was able to make sure that everybody was happy and understood all that was happening the whole time.

We all had such a relaxing fun day full of surprises that kept on coming. It's so nice to just sit back and enjoy each other's company and conversation and the spectacular scenery just added to it.

The food was so good and the environment was so relaxing.

Our tour guide had reserved a large table for us.

The journey home on the coach was a real history lesson.

Camel rides finished the day off perfectly.

Zac said he felt like 'Ben-Hur' riding a camel under the stars and amongst palm trees.

This was so fun and unexpected but a really cool experience!

Even though the camels were spotlessly clean they did smell pretty bad!

What a perfect day. So full of fun and great times together.
