Thanksgiving Day...

Hi Y'all!

This year we decided to do something a little different and celebrate Thanksgiving. We never have before so we thought that we'd give it a try and see how it works out. 
Cooking a big roast dinner as you already know, takes quite some time so JED and Rhiannon started preparing the Turkey and some of the basics to the veg the day before so that we'd have a little less work to do on the day.

For dessert we had Fruits of the Forest Cheesecake, along with Mississippi Mud Pie, KeyLime Pie served with plenty of whipped double cream. Yummy! We were all too full to manage the Apple Pie with custard too!

Then after cleaning up the food, in the afternoon we decided to have a family photo shoot. It took ages to get everyone together and then all smiling looking at the same camera! When the boys turn came round for their picture it was time that Aaron wanted to go to sleep too so that was another challenge.
