A return to Northumberland:Part 2 - Riverside walk

After dinner we had a nice walk around the village and along the river bank that we didn't get to do on our first trip last year, It was really pretty and thankfully we didn't get caught in any rain. After our walk we got back and got dressed up for our annual 'Family Oscars'

Holiday Time!! A return to Northumberland Part One - Pontefract Castle.

We had an unanimous decision to return to Northumberland for an Autumn holiday.

We all met at our house and set off early for the drive stopping on the way at Pontefract Castle and then arrived at the cabins about 4:30pm with our Asda shopping order arriving at 6:00p.m. Perfect timing!
