Jim's first flight.

Jim was very excited when he was given the opportunity to fly a plane for the first time. Jim loves planes, studying them, building some fantastic models (he's getting very good at those!) and learning anything about flying. We know some friends and their Dad owns a small plane and offered for Jim to come and fly it with him, Jim jumped at the idea!
We had a great time at the airfield and the weather was so lovley for it. Zac and I also got to fly the plane which was great fun...

Summer's Here!

Here are just a few photos of us guys enjoying the wonderful summer weather. It's been so hot here recently it's reached 31c (roughly 90 degrees!) Joe left for his new job in France earlier this month. He is doing well but finding the weather very hot there! The little ones have really enjoyed spending time in the sunshine and keeping cool in our paddling pool and being able to see Tom and Abigail on occasion. More posts to come!

June Birthday Dayout

For Berea and Charis's birthday dayout we spent the day at Fellbrigg Hall, Laurie was still with us at the time. We all had a lovely day there and had fun together.
We did the presents on another day and the girls loved them all. Charis now has 3 pet goldfish!
